Accessible ADA Bathroom & Flooring Remodel

A full accessibility remodel of this Snohomish home, converting a standard tub bathroom into a wheelchair-accessible space. We demolished down to the studs, with the asbestos testing and abatement required by law for the home's age, reframed the floor with a slope to a central drain, and built an ADA roll-in shower with a non-slip mosaic tile floor, grab bars, a teak bench, a new vanity and a bidet toilet. We also finished a second bathroom with decorative tile and installed new LVP flooring in the bedroom and living room.
