Storm-Damaged Roof & Interior Rebuild

A storm brought a tree down onto this Mill Creek home beside a golf course, causing structural roof damage and collapsing a bedroom ceiling. Handled as an insurance claim, we tarped and secured the property, pulled the roofing permit, and rebuilt the roof from the structure up: new trusses, sheathing, underlayment, architectural shingles and new skylights. Inside, we rebuilt with new drywall, carpet, paint and a refreshed bathroom, turning a condemned roof into a brand-new, move-in-ready home.
