Water Damage Rebuild & Full Interior Remodel

Water damage in this Issaquah home reached the laundry, bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. What began as a restoration insurance claim grew into a full interior remodel. We transformed the fireplace from a dated tile surround into a modern slat-wood feature wall with a black insert, installed engineered white oak flooring throughout, built a new bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, redid the bedrooms, repaired the exterior siding and added a new heat pump. The result is a consistent, high-end finish from room to room.
